The District Welcomes New Management Staff

The District of Lillooet welcomes two new staff to the management team working at Municipal Hall - Darryl McCrudden as Chief Financial Officer (pictured right), and Eldon de Strake as Operations Manager of Public Works (pictured left).

Darryl is a Chartered Professional Accountant, with a Masters in Management and Professional Accounting. He has worked for various arms of the federal government for many years as well as for Lac La Ronge Indian Band in Saskatchewan. Darryl is from Mississauga, Ontario, and has also worked in Northern Canada. Darryl looks forward to getting to know the community of Lillooet and working in British Columbia with its beautiful scenery as he loves the outdoors.

Eldon is a Lillooet local who has worked as a manager for CN Rail for many years. He has a family in town and enjoys golf and hockey. He is excited to join the team at the District of Lillooet and to help improve the community as Operations Manager for Public Works.

The District is excited to have Eldon and Darryl join our team and become part of our mission to serve the community with integrity, professionalism, and care.
