The next Regular Council Meeting is on January 13, 2026 starting at 5pm in Room 201 of the REC Centre at 930 Main St. There will be a Public Hearing for a proposed Temporary Use Permit near the start of this meeting, just after 5pm.

Anyone is welcome to observe the meetings. If members of the public wish to address Council, there is a Public Input period at the start of each regular meeting where up to 5 members of the public can make statements up to 2 minutes in length. There is also a Public Clarification Period at the end of the meeting where the public can ask questions about what happened at the meeting.
If you want to make a longer presentation to Council (up to 10 minutes), please submit a delegation request. The deadline to submit a delegation request is the Wednesday before a regularly scheduled meeting at 12pm.
