Important Announcement: Temporary Boil Water Notice for part of the Heights neighbourhood and T'it'q'et Reserve.
UPDATE May 2, 8:44am - Residents in the affected areas can water lawns and gardens again, do laundry etc. There is no longer concern with the amount of water available, however the Boil Water Notice remains in effect for drinking water.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: Temporary Boil Water Notice for part of the Heights neighbourhood and T'it'q'et Reserve.
There has been a sensor malfunction at the town creek reservoir. All the houses that are served by the town creek reservoir are affected until the reservoir can re-filled and two successive water tests come back clear, and approval is granted by Interior Health.
If you experienced a loss of water or pressure this afternoon, water should be returning shortly, or within hours. Please boil drinking water until the notice is rescinded.
The areas affected are Columbia St, Victoria St, Eagleson Cres, T’it’q’et Reserve.
